Uprisestores website is made under the registered firm ITMagix, in collobaration with Rudraksha Sales and Marketing for Ayurvedic medicines, who in turn are collaborated with Aravali Herbals. And all the products sold are manufactured by Aravali Herbals, Haryana.

Uprisestores is only trading products made by Aravali Herbals and in future if any other vendor attached with our company.

We sale pure ayurvedic medicine and all the medicines are made under the supervision of experts at Aravali Herbals and all are AYUSH certified. But still Uprisestores is not liable for any issue happens with the medicines.

We request you to read these terms of service ("terms and conditions") carefully and the privacy policy ("privacy policy") set out on the website. The terms and conditions and privacy policy displayed on the website, once accepted by you, becomes a legally binding contract between user and website. Customer’s use of the website, purchase of any product displayed on the website, it a clear indication that you have completely agreed to the terms and conditions and  privacy policy of the Uprisestores website policies.

Uprisestores is currently functioning in India. If you use  this Website, the Content and/or the Services, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions for any reason whatsoever: Liability, User Submissions, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and Complete Agreement.

Privacy of User Data.

We assure every use of the website, that their personal data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any one until the user approves it to be shared for certain reason (medical reports and other reports). Apart from that none of the data will be misused or shared with anyone in any case.

Severability

If any portion of this agreement between Uprisestores and customer is held to be invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

This agreement between Uprisestores  and user is binding which show customer agrees on the written terms and conditions.

Eligibility of the customer to use Uprisestores website

1. User must be 18 year or older to use the website.
2. User must register on website to order any medicine or product.
3. User must check all the details before making any purchase.
4. User must check the shipping and billing address properly before making the order. Because shipping address change may not be accepted once the order is placed.
5. As this are consumable products there is no return criteria.
6. Product will only be returned if it is torn or damaged when received. Until that there will be no return accepted once sold.
